PURPOSE: A halogen-free aqueous paint composition is provided to be easily attached to a polyolefin material, to have excellent physical/chemical performance, and to maintain physical/chemical properties by a single coat film. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-free aqueous paint composition comprises 25-65 parts by weight of a halogen-free polyolefin resin, 5-40 parts by weight of acryl polyol, 5-40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion and solvent based on 100.0 parts by weight of total solid phase of the aqueous pigment composition. The composition additionally comprises 2-20 parts by weight of pigment based on 100.0 parts by weight of total solid phase of the aqueous pigment composition. The halogen-free polyolefin resin is acryl-modified polyolefin, and the weight average molecular weight is 80,000-150,000.
