VIDEO BROADCASTING SERVER HAVING A FUNCTION OF SELF-TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: A video transmitting server having a stand-alone transmission function is provided to directly transmit broadcasting content from a video broadcasting server to a user terminal in case there is communication interference in a transmitter. CONSTITUTION: A video server unit(110) generates a video file as video frame data after decompressing the video frame data. A character generator(120) renders character video data which is mixed to a video frame. A video mixer(130) mixes the video frame data which is generated by the video server unit with the rendered character video data. A stand-alone transmitting manager(140) manages stand-alone transmission of broadcasting content.
