PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent a short between a top electrode and a bottom electrode of a capacitor by extending at least one outer line and at least one protrusion line of a transparent electrode in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer(14) is formed on a substrate. The semiconductor layer includes a plurality of protrusion lines(14l) extended in a first direction. An insulation layer is formed on the upper side of the semiconductor layer. A conductive layer(18) is formed on the upper side of the insulation layer. One end of the conductive layer is parallel to the protrusion line of the semiconductor layer.
