摘要 PURPOSE: An aldehyde based adsorption gypsum tile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the aldehyde based adsorption gypsum tile from being re-emitted by including amine or ammonium. CONSTITUTION: An aldehyde based adsorption gypsum tile includes activated carbon, fiber activated carbon or nano-carbon on the surface or inside. The surface or the inner surface of the gypsum tile includes the activated charcoal The gypsum tile includes amine or ammonium which chemically bond with aldehyde. A gypsum tile meaning manufacturing method comprises the following steps: obtaining a composition by agitating 35-50 weight% of water with 30-60 weight% of plaster powder and 5-20 weight% of cellulose; molding the composition having a slurry form in a mold frame; removing massive bubbles by vibrating the mold frame; drying the gypsum tile composition; coating the activated charcoal(3) or the nano-carbon on the surface of the gypsum tile composite; desiccating the coated gypsum tile composition until the percentage of water content becomes 5% or less; absorbing the amine compound or the ammonium compound to the activated charcoal layer or the nano-carbon layer; forming a groove on the surface of an adsorption layer(1) or widening the surface area; and forming a hydrophobic rubber(4) or a synthetic plastic layer on the surface.
