PURPOSE: An exercising machine for self-jumping is provided to improve the firmness and the safety of the machine by installing a plate-spring type operating unit at a body frame. CONSTITUTION: An exercising machine for self-jumping includes a body frame(10), a guiding unit(20), and a plate-spring type operating unit(30). The body frame is installed at a pre-determined height. A plurality of bars is combined to form the framework of the machine. The guiding unit is fixed to the body frame and downwardly inclined. The operating unit elevatedly moves by being supported by the guiding unit. The downwardly movement of the operating unit is restricted by the guiding unit. A jumping plate is formed at one end part of the operating unit.
