FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed machine tool comprises controlled drive structure to engage soil and work part driven by hydraulic actuator to make specific jobs, and control unit. Control unit comprises frame, steering device to control over structure engaging with soil, and manual control device to control hydraulic control valve. Control valve feeds hydraulic fluid at pressure to actuator of work part. Steering device comprises steering wheel with outer rim revolving relative to frame about axle for turning steering column aligned with steering wheel rotational axis. Steering column is engaged with structure engaging with soil to control tool on turns. Control device controls hub arranged inside steering wheel outer rim rotation boundary, and controller.
