<p>PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent lowering of visibility of a scale, thereby enabling a user to easily read the scale. CONSTITUTION: A first metal layer(34), a semiconductor layer(36), and a second metal layer(38) are laminated on a second light transmissive substrate. A thin film transistor comprises a portion of the first metal layer and a portion of the second metal layer. A second scale unit(44) is made of other portions of the second metal layer. Other portions of the first metal layer have sizes for shield an opening. The other portions of the first metal layer is under the second scale unit and the semiconductor layer.</p> |
