PURPOSE: A cosmetic material containing a composition of a paste phase is provided to ensure high thickening effect and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a paste phase contains: one or more kinds of organohydrogen polysiloxane of chemical formula 1 or 2; one or more kinds of organopolysiloxane polymers; and oil which is a liquid phase at 25 Deg. C. such as silicon oil, hydrocarbon oil, ester oil, and natural animal/vegetable oil. A cosmetic material contains the composition.
