<p>PURPOSE: An integrated thin film photovoltaic module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the module by decreasing an ineffective area in the photovoltaic module. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A photoelectric conversion layer(300) is formed on the bottom electrode. A top electrode(400) is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer. The bottom electrode, the photoelectric conversion layer, and the top electrode include a first cell and a second cell. The bottom electrode of the first cell and the bottom electrode of the second cell are separated by a bottom electrode separation groove(P1). The photoelectric conversion layer includes a first unit cell layer(310), a second unit cell layer(320), and a middle reflection(330).</p> |
