<p>PURPOSE: A semi-conductive composition containing a compound is provided to convert into crystalline semi-conductor with high mobility. CONSTITUTION: A semi-conductive composition contains a compound of chemical formula I. In chemical formula I, X is O, S or N-R3; A is O or S; Y is O or S; and Z is O, S, N, or C. A method for preparing a semi-conductive layer containing the compound of chemical formula I comprises: a step of liquid deposition of the semi-conductive composition on the surface; and a step of heating the semi-conductive composition and forming a semi-conductive layer.</p> |
