FIELD: transport, package. ^ SUBSTANCE: corking device comprises cap to be jointed to container or jointed thereto. Note that said cap has case with sidewall and top wall with outlet. Note that case has open end opposite top wall for accommodation atop container. Besides, device includes elastic self-closing valve arranged in cap to shut off said outlet. Note that said valve comprises central part furnished with, at least, one through cutout closed in unloaded state to tightly stop the container and open in loaded state to dispense fluid therefrom. Note also that closing valve has shield extending downward from central part edges. Aforesaid outlet is formed by tubular welt secured to top wall and provided with bottom end extending beyond top wall lower surface. Circular wall or several ledges arranged in circle and aligned with welt at definite distance therefrom radially outward to make circular thrust surface between welt end and cylindrical wall or said ledges. Valve shield lower end has flange extending downward and having outer part, thicker than flange other parts. Note here that valve shield is arranged concentrically inside cap welt while valve flange is pressed against welt lower end to extend radially outward. Thicker part of said flange is located on thrust surface. Cylindrical wall or ledges are bent over flange thicker part to locate the latter between circular wall or ledges and top wall for attachment of valve in corking cap. Mainly flat top wall has central part, preferably shaped to cone, with welt arranged at its center.
