FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages washing salted fish milt whereinto (after the milt milling into pieces sized 15-20 g and homogenisation) one adds the following additives: water, culinary salt and sodium benzoate at the specified components ratio. Then the mixture is homogenised till production of a homogeneous paste-like mass that is cooled to 0-15C at a temperature of 0-23C during 90-280 minutes.
