PURPOSE: A water treating apparatus is provided to improve the durability of the apparatus and to easily adjust the treating capacity of the apparatus by modulating parts. CONSTITUTION: A water treating apparatus includes an inlet and a membrane separating bath(1). The inlet introduces polluted water into the water treating apparatus. The membrane separating bath purifies the polluted water through the inlet. The membrane separating bath includes a membrane separating frame(30) and a panel(11). The membrane separating frame forms the framework of the membrane separating bath. The panel is installed at the membrane separating frame. The panel generates the sealed internal space of the membrane separating bath.
