PURPOSE: A protection and guide device for multi-joint cables and the like is provided to stably and smoothly guide cables and the like between a fixed end area of a base and a moving end area. CONSTITUTION: A protection and guide device for multi-joint cables and the like comprises a multi-joint supporting member, a flexible belt member(120), a fixed end connector unit(130), and a moving end connector unit(140). The fixed end connector unit attaches the fixed ends of the multi-joint supporting member, cables and the like(C), and the flexible belt member to a fixed end area of a base. The moving end connector unit attached the moving ends of the multi-joint supporting member, the cables and the like, and the flexible belt member to a moving end area.
