PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of barium titanate and barium titanate manufactured by the method are provided to obtain high crystalline, uniform particle size of 100 nano meters or less by controlling temperature in an isothermal heat treatment stage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of barium titanate comprises the following steps: manufacturing gas by heating raw material which includes barium and titanium at a first heating speed; isothermally heat treating the outcome at a first temperature for a first hour in order to manufacture crystal nucleus; heating the outcome at a second heating rate up to a second temperature, and isothermally heat treating at the second temperature for the second hours in order to grow the barium titanate particle and enhance crystallinity of the particle; and cooling the outcome at a first cooling speed up to a third temperature. The second temperature is higher than the first temperature.
