PURPOSE: An opening and closing adjusting apparatus is provided to automatically control the opening operation and the closing operation of a drawer or a door based on a mixing spring with a cylinder filled with gas and liquid. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing adjusting apparatus includes a case(201, 201'), a hooking switch(210), a mixing spring(220), a ball-stud(230), and a guide-way(240). The case is composed of a front case and a rear case. The front case and the rear case are combined. The hooking switch moves to the left side and the right side along the longitudinal direction of the apparatus. The mixing spring is mounted at the lower side of the case and is composed of a cylinder and a rod. The ball-stud functions as a joint. The guide-way is formed at the right side of the case and guides the movement of the hooking switch.
