FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: design data are digital mock-ups, each accurately displaying a component in three dimensions, wherein the connection between mock-ups defines connection of components in three dimensions: identification of connection components; determining, among the identified components, several first pairs of components, each forming two components in mechanical contact with each other; determining among the first pairs of components, several second pairs of components, each forming two components corresponding to said at least one given criterion.
