FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: oven for adsorbent thermal regeneration contains a cylinder-conic chamber with a tangentially installed nipple for adsorbent gas suspension inlet, a hollow insert, heat medium outlet channels, a reflector installed so that to enable movement in the axial direction, a confusor for inlet of used heat medium flow being regenerated; the novelty consists in the fact that the hollow insertis designed in the form of alternating elements having an expanded and a narrowing part; in the narrow part of the last element a jet is positioned that, together with the narrow part of the hollow insert last element, forms an injection nozzle; the last element has a nipple for heat medium removal for disposal and is connected to the confusor for inlet of used heat medium flow being regenerated via a recirculation circuit; another aspect of novelty is the fact that the injection nozzle may be formed by way of the gas jet placement in the narrow part of the last element, the jet made of a semi-permeable material with a plenum chamber with helical channels arranged around it. ^ EFFECT: efficient removal of moisture from the solid component. ^ 2 dwg |
