PURPOSE: A portable assembling, joining, and cutting device using an electromagnet is provided to be carried anywhere by cutting and assembling steel plates using the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: A portable assembling, joining, and cutting device using an electromagnet comprises an electromagnet fixing unit, a steel plate part, a switch, a handle part. The steel plate part is pulled by magnetic force. A power source and the switch are connected by wires after the electromagnet is fixed. The steel plate part is placed at an opposite side of the electromagnet, and delivered with the magnetic force from the electromagnet. The device cuts the steel plate part while the steel plate part is pulled by the magnetic force when the switch is pushed.
