PURPOSE: A smart pad with an advertisement system and an advertisement displaying method thereof are provided to operate a smart pad advertisement application program in a call waiting state, thereby displaying an advertisement through the smart pad advertisement application program operated. CONSTITUTION: A smart pad operating system unit(101) senses a call attempting state by providing a operation program of a smart pad. A operating system command receiving unit(102) receives a command of an advertisement application program from the smart pad operating system unit. A setup unit(103) decides whether to execute the command received by a user. A customer information transmission unit(104) transfers inputted user information.
