PURPOSE: A water management sheet is provided to be used as a water management layer of a solid polymer type fuel cell because the sheet is an independent sheet which has excellent shape maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A water management sheet as an independent sheet, which is used by arranged to be nearby a catalyst layer, comprises an unwoven fabric containing conductive fiber which contains conductive particles inside a hydrophobic organic resin. The gas diffusion sheet, the membrane-electrode assembly, and the solid polymer type fuel cell comprises the water management sheet.
