PURPOSE: A stratum model for education and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily offer characteristics and information in regard to a sedimentation structure of a stratum. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sedimentary layers(10-40) is laminated. A model is formed on the boundary of the plurality of sedimentary layers. The model comprises fossil or stratum trace exposed to outside when the plurality of sedimentary layers is stripped. The plurality of sedimentary layers forms a compound by mixing two or more materials selected among gypsum, unsaturated polyester resin, and sawdust. An additive such as yellow soil, silica sand, gravels, clay, titanium dioxide is added to the compound and is solidified. |
