PURPOSE: A remittance system for small amount of money using a smart phone, and a method thereof are provided to previously register various payment devices which is used for small money remittance, thereby easily servicing small money remittance between individual anytime and anywhere. CONSTITUTION: A personal information registration unit(210) registers personal information of a user which is included terminal information of a portable terminal. A payment information registration unit(220) registers at least one payment device about payment information to connect with the user. A remittance process unit(230) inputs recipient information and identifies the portable terminal and the user based on the personal information. A remittance process unit pays the amount of remittance using the payment device based on the payment information. |
