PURPOSE: A universal document management system, a method thereof, and a mobile device performing the same are provided to increase the convenience of a user by connecting a converted universal document file through a URL(Uniform Resource Locator). CONSTITUTION: A first client transmits a document file. A conversion server(200) receives the document file and converts the document file into a universal document file. The conversion server generates link information on a web about the universal document file. A second client accesses the universal document file through the link information. The document file is a binary document file. The universal document file is a readable form on a web browser. The link information is distributed through a mobile communication network.
