PURPOSE: An ARP spoofing attack detection method and a program recordable medium for executing the method using an ARP locking function are provided to detect ARP spoofing attack for a management object agent in selective comparison with ARP response address information of an inbound packet and ARP response address information of an outbound packet. CONSTITUTION: In case received protection target address information is not matched with ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) cache address information, a network engine module(134) initializes ARP cache information. The network engine module compares IP/MAC(Medium Access Control) information of ARP response sender address information of an inbound packet with IP/MAC information of protection information. The network engine module transfers a packet blocking command to a network filter driver(136). The network filter driver blocks a packet according to the packet blocking command.
