PURPOSE: A relief valve is provided to suppress the oscillation of a valve body caused by the flowage generating when compressive gas is discharged to the outside in a state where the valve body is opened. CONSTITUTION: A relief valve comprises a housing(10), a guide rod(15), a valve body(20), a first magnetic force acting part(30), and a second magnetic force acting part(40). The housing comprises a gas flowing space. The bottom of the gas flowing space is communicated with the inside of a storage tank and a valve seat is installed in the top circumference thereof. The guide rod is fixed in the housing and is vertically extended in the gas flowing space. The valve body comprises an internal space. The first magnetic force acting part is fixed in the valve body in the internal space. The second magnetic force acting part is fixed in the guide rod in the internal space.
