PURPOSE: A method for providing vehicle reservation service using location information, and a device thereof are provided to enable a user to select and to reserve a vehicle which is selected by the user, thereby the user provides estimated time of arrival of the vehicle selected. CONSTITUTION: A location information receiving unit receives location information of a vehicle from a vehicle terminal every preset time. A vehicle location managing unit(320) searches a vehicle located in a preset region from a location of a vehicle reservation request person based on location information of the vehicle reservation request person and the location information of the vehicle. A vehicle information transmitting unit(330) transmits information about the vehicle searched to a customer terminal.
