<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner system and an operation method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption by stopping an air conditioner when the temperature difference between indoor temperature and set temperature is within allowable temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating an air conditioner system is as follows. An indoor unit is operated according to a operation schedule(S420). The indoor unit monitors the temperature of a room when the indoor unit reaches a set stop time(S430,S440). When the temperature difference between the monitored temperature and set temperature is within allowable temperature, the indoor unit is stopped(S450). The operation schedule having the stop time and allowable temperature difference is set.</p> |
