PURPOSE: A medical treatment mouth-piece and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a sense of security to a patient by unitizing an elastic body and a main body through injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A main body(20) forms an air duct through a penetration hole. An elastic body(40) is arranged in the location corresponding to the teeth of a patient. The elastic body and the main body are comprised of different materials. The elastic body is comprised of a soft thermoplastic material such as silicone for protecting the teeth of the patient. The main body is comprised of a hard material for supporting the elastic body. The elastic body is combined with the main body through thermosetting. The elastic body has higher elasticity than the main body.
