PURPOSE: An operation system for virtual reality cyber fitness service in real time, and a method thereof are provided to supply bidirectional communication of voice and a moving picture between users, thereby enabling the users to exercise continuously and interestingly. CONSTITUTION: A near field communication module(22) supports a bio information reception of a user sensed through a bio information sensor. A communication module(23) supports bidirectional communication of voice and a moving picture between users. A user bio information receiving module(24) receives bio information of the users through the near field communication module. A user bio information transmitting module(25) transmits the bio information of the users to a fitness web server.
