PURPOSE: A heating coil for an induction range and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a heating coil by making both ends of electric stranded wires flexible. CONSTITUTION: An electric stranded wire(11) composed of a plurality of electric fine wires is wound into a disk shape on upper and lower jigs(40,50) and passes through a heating device(20) before the winding operation. The heating device melts bonding varnish coated on the electric stranded wire so that the electric stranded wire is hardened in the disk shape on the jig. The heating device is a microwave induction heating device, a magnetron heating device, or a heater heating device.
