<p>The device has an edge wall (36) integrated with a side (37) of a side wall (33), opposite to its other side (34). The edge wall is arranged parallel to a base wall (31). An articulation unit (20) connects two trough portions (11, 12). The articulation unit is formed of a zone (21) of a single trough defined between two parallel planes (P1, P2). The base wall, the side wall and the edge wall are constituted by a continuous ripple (40) defined along a longitudinal axis (41) parallel to two planes.
