PURPOSE: A method for operating payment device is provided to enable a first client to generate or add a function, use, a purpose, and a method of a smart card of a second client on a network, thereby enabling the first client to automatically control online smart care use about the second client. CONSTITUTION: A first client terminal(105) connects to a server(120) and requests a game usage charging policy of a second client. The first client terminal selects or generates a predetermined game usage charging policy. The server provides information related to the predetermined game usage charging policy to the first client terminal. The server generates a predetermined charging policy association code corresponding to the game usage charging policy which the first client terminal selects or generates. |
