METHOD FOR BLOCKING ABNORMAL ROAMING HO AND HOME NETWORK FOR SUPPORTING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for blocking an abnormal roaming call and a home network supporting the same are provided to block use of a roaming service according to sense of an abnormally used USIM card. CONSTITUTION: In case an IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity) and a country belong to an abnormal list, a home network blocks a roaming call of a duplicated terminal(S320,S330). In case the IMSI and the country does not belong to the abnormal list, the home network cancels a location registration of a subscriber terminal(S340). The home network transmits a paging signal to the subscriber terminal through an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)/VLR(Visitor Location Register) to the subscriber terminal(S350). In case a response to the paging signal is received from the subscriber terminal, the home network blocks the roaming call of the duplicated terminal(S360).
