PURPOSE: An airtight container having a multi-stage adhering structure is provided to offer the maximized air tightness and the waterproof property of the container to users using a ring type airtight ring. CONSTITUTION: An airtight container having a multi-stage adhering structure comprises the following: a container main body(10) formed with a metal, stainless steel, or stainless steel-ceramic composite material, and covered with a cover(20); a ring type airtight ring(30) assembled to an assembling groove(21) on the lower edge of the cover, and closely adhered to the upper side of the container main body; and an adhering combination unit(15) including first, second, and third bent units(11, 12, 13). The ring type airtight ring includes first, second, and third adhesion units(31, 32, 33).
