PURPOSE: A welding position marking apparatus for an insulating pin is provided to reduce the time for marking by using a holder and connecting rods to mark welding positions in a longitudinal direction at one time. CONSTITUTION: A welding position marking apparatus for an insulating pin comprises a holder(10) which moves transversely along the top and rear surfaces of a longi, connecting rods(20) which are connected to the holder and have an insertion groove(21) for inserting a marking pen(60), a moving part(30) which is connected to the connecting rods and interlocks with the holder to move transversely along the rear surface of the longi, an interval setting part(40) which is connected to the connecting rods and sets a transverse marking interval on the rear surface of the longi, and a fixing part which fastens the connecting rods.
