PURPOSE: A combined knee cover and desk is provided to be used by a simple manipulation and to facilitate the use convenience thereof. CONSTITUTION: A combined knee cover and desk comprises an upper plate(10), a leg(20), and a cover(30). In the upper plate, an upper plate groove for inserting a blind rod support stand is formed. The leg is formed to support the upper plate. The cover comprises a length controller for controlling the length of the cover, a detachable magnet. The manipulation of the combined knee cover and desk is very easy.
