PURPOSE: A glass construction method of a building is provided to easily construct a glass of a building regardless of construction conditions and to reduce construction time by freely controlling the position of a spider bracket. CONSTITUTION: A glass construction method of a building is as follows. A nut burying hole(66) is formed in a first glass(62). A fastening nut(50) is inserted into the nut burying hole. A glass structure(60) is manufactured by attaching a second glass(64) to the front surface of the first glass. A system bolt(50) is fastened to the fastening nut of the glass structure. A spider bracket(20) is connected to the glass structure through the system bolt and is coupled to a coupler(10) fixed to a building structure(1) through an adjusting bolt unit(100).
