The relief (1) has an inner comprising two compartments to confer maintenance of the artificial relief, where the artificial relief is mounted and fixed on an approximate plane surface. The compartments are separated by a rib to preserve a definite profile of the relief. The rib includes a circular cell to homogenize the quantity of flow i.e. air, within the artificial relief. A blocking unit (8) blocks a filling unit (3) of the artificial relief. A holding unit holds the relief in position on an outer surface.
