The invention relates to a layer formed of raspberry-like particles (1) linked to each other by bridges (2) formed between adjacent raspberry-like particles (1,1') thereby forming a network of raspberry-like particles (1), said raspberry-like particles comprising a core (3) with a core surface (4), said core (3) having a first diameter, wherein on the core surface (4) are located secondary particles(5) having a secondary particle surface, said secondary particles (5) having a second diameter of a smaller size than the first diameter, wherein the bridges (2) linking said raspberry-like particles (1) to each other to form a raspberry-like particle network are composed at least partially of an inorganic material. Further, the invention relates to a method for obtaining such layer and its use.
