PURPOSE: A pack cutting apparatus for a packing table is provided to form cutting lines at right positions by operating a cutting blade while continuously rotating with driving force for moving packing films. CONSTITUTION: A pack cutting apparatus comprises a reciprocating unit(110), a cutting line forming unit(120), and a cutting unit(130). The reciprocating unit comprises a rotary shaft, an eccentric cam, and a slider. The rotary shaft rotates at a speed same as a rotary drum. The eccentric cam is eccentrically installed in the rotary shaft. The slider reciprocates at a predetermined distance with the eccentric rotation of the eccentric cam. The cutting line forming unit comprises a supporting block, an operating block, and a cutting blade. The supporting block is fixed in the slider and the cutting blade forms cutting lines on a sealing part of a packing table received in the rotary drum while reciprocating at the predetermined distance with the reciprocating unit. The cutting unit moves the operating block where the cutting blade is installed toward the rotary drum.
