CEMENT CONCRETE REPAIR METHOD FOR ROAD AND STRUCTURES BY USING THERMOSETTING POLYMER RESIN MORTAR

PURPOSE: A cement concrete repair method using thermosetting polymer resin mortar is provided to improve construction performance by reducing curing time and to improve fracture toughness by reducing contraction of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A cement concrete repair method using thermosetting polymer resin mortar is as follows. Damaged and deteriorated parts of a cement concrete road and a structure are chipped(S10). The edge parts of the damaged parts are cut to have a width of 6-8mm and a depth of 8-10mm. The surfaces of the damaged parts are cleaned using a high-pressure air gun(S30). Primer is spread on the surfaces of the damaged parts using a spray or roller and is cured(S40). A repair material is prepared. The prepared repair material is spread on the surface of the damaged parts(S50), and is cured(S60).
