<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver and a transfer device capable of simplifying a configuration for decoding on a receiving side. <P>SOLUTION: A receiver 3 includes an optical branching section 31 for inputting an optical signal whose optical intensity is changed at three stages, and branching the inputted optical signal into an optical fiber 301 and an optical fiber 302; a first optical synthesizing section 331 for synthesizing a first clock signal whose optical intensity is changed periodically into an optical signal branched to the optical fiber 301; a second optical synthesizing section 332 for synthesizing a second clock signal, which is obtained by reversing the first clock signal, into the optical signal branched to the optical fiber 302; and a decoding section 34 for decoding an optical signal inputted to the optical branching section 31 on the basis of output signals of the first optical synthesizing section 331 and the second optical synthesizing section 332. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
