<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter that prevents the reflected light from the surface of the printed matter to improve visibility of a print image printed on the print matter and shows superior water resistance and washability, and further, is superior in visibility for a long period, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same where the printed matter is manufactured by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The printed matter has a base material 1; and an ink layer formed on the base material and including a resin ink 2.
