<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of discharging quickly drain water accumulated between adjacent fins, and an air conditioner having the heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of fins (35) each include: a plurality of heat transfer parts (37) formed in a plate shape extending from one of adjacent flat tubes (33) to the other and forming side walls of ventilation passages (38); and projecting plate parts (42) formed continuously on downwind side ends of the heat transfer parts (37) and projecting to the downwind side of the ventilation passages (38). The projecting plate parts (42) adjacent vertically are configured to overlap with each other in the thickness direction of the fins (35), and the respective projecting plate parts (42) are each formed with a rib (57) extending to follow the downwind side ends of the heat transfer parts (37). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
