<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manager to create a retrieval condition of passage history with simple operation to acquire desired information. <P>SOLUTION: A passage history retrieval system 26 includes a storage unit 32 for storing passage history, an object consisting of GUI components and including information associated with the passage history, and an output palette consisting of GUI components bigger than the object and including information associated with an output form. The system 26 also includes a retrieval condition creation unit 34 for creating a retrieval condition on the basis of a relative positional relationship of multiple objects arranged in an area of the output palette, and an output unit 36 for outputting the passage history that meets the retrieval condition created by the retrieval condition creation unit 34 on the basis of the output form of the output palette.
