<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate behavioral achievements of a person at a period of an evaluation object by taking account of self-evaluations which are inputted by the person on own behavioral achievements at a plurality of periods. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor learns service achievements of an employee X at the plurality of periods, with each evaluation of the self evaluations which the employee X has input on the own service achievements at the plurality of periods, used as teacher data (S202); and evaluates the service achievements of the employee X at the period of the evaluation object based on evaluation reference information representing the learning result in the step (S202). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
