<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for efficiently expanding and developing a discussion. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of persons are enabled to communicate concurrently on a network or computers. A "room" corresponding to a community is provided and in which "problem topic", "solution plan", "associated topic", "denial+enhanced plan", "compromise plan between certain solutions" and the like are provided. For example, "privately-managed parliament" is provided as a "room". As a "problem topic", "how the reform of the public servant system should be done" is provided there. A plurality of "solution plans" can be proposed for that topic. For example, "solution plan 1", "solution plan 2" and the like can be proposed. Then, the persons are enabled to vote for "solution plan", "denial+enhanced plan", "compromise plan of original plan, contrary opinion, and much better plan", "compromise plan between certain solutions" and the like, thereby selecting the best. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
