<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive luminous composite sheet whose adhesion does not degrade for a long time, and which can be reused without reducing the adhesion if peeled, has elasticity to follow a stretching surface, is less likely to be damaged, is more luminous than conventional luminous pigments so that it is persistent for a long time, and has high weather resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive luminous composite sheet comprises an adhesive layer made of adhesive silicone resin or gel layered on a substrate rubber in which a luminous agent is dispersed.
