<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry a hydrous solid fuel by properly heating the same, in a hydrous solid fuel drying device. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrous solid fuel drying device includes: a drying machine 10 provided with a heat transfer tube 22 through which the hydrous solid fuel and a fluidization gas can be charged to a drying container 21 while allowing a drying gas to flow therein, and which heats and dries the hydrous solid fuel by latent heat and sensible heat of vapor included in the fluidization gas; a dust collecting device 13 to which the fluidization gas flowing out from the drying container 21 is introduced to remove fine particles; a compressor 30 compressing the fluidization gas of low pressure introduced from the dust collecting device 13 to supply the same to the heat transfer tube 22 as the drying gas of high pressure; a vapor heat exchanger 31 preheating the fluidization gas of low pressure introduced to the compressor 30 from the dust collecting device 13 by the fluidization gas of high pressure from the compressor 30; gas-liquid separators 14, 17 for separating the fluidization gas flowing out from the heat transfer tube 22 into gas and liquid so that the fluidization gas from which moisture is separated, is applied as a gas for scavenging; and a heat exchanger 11 for primary drying, preheating the hydrous solid fuel before charged into the drying container 21 by the moisture separated by the first gas-liquid separator 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
